The newly designed site allows for easier navigation and gives prominent placement to Newly Reduced, New to Market and Open Houses on the homepage. By positioning important features and functionality above the fold, customers have quicker access to information needed during the home search process. As an added detail, an anchor toolbar was integrated in the site’s footer that includes contact information and links to Smith & Associates’ social networking sites.
