The Kentwood Companies, a member of the Enterprise Network, has been recognized as metro Denver’s fourth largest residential real estate company by the Denver Business Journal (DBJ) based on real estate sales volume. In the DBJ’s most recent “Book of Lists” published on December 21, 2007, The Kentwood Companies, comprised of just three offices in the metro Denver area, was ranked number four with nearly $1.4 billion in total sales volume representing a total of 2,753 real estate transactions with an average sales price of more than $500,000.
