Another successful month for Active Website and The Active Enterprise Network! In September, we hosted our Active Enterprise Network Annual Conference where we discussed prominent trends in the industry and introduced several new features Active Website will be releasing to The Network this year. The conference also focused on being independent in today’s market and emphasized the need to embrace innovation in order to meet the demands of our customers.

Coming out of our conference, we will be releasing related blog posts over the next few weeks that expand on topics covered at this year’s event. We will also release more information on the upcoming enhancements to The Active Enterprise Platform as they become available.

In addition to the conference, we’d like to announce a few internal changes that took place at Active Website as well. Kassy Ritchie was recently promoted to Project Management Director and Jen Ibanez was promoted to LifeCycle and ROI Manager as well. Thank you to both Kassy and Jen for their hard work at Active over the years.

Lastly, we’d like to extend our congratulations to Amanda Stephan and Jacob Scogin for winning Employee of the Month and Idea of the Month, respectively. Both employees have shown their dedication to the team by bleeding Active Red.

Agents at listing presentations and showings need to know market statistics on the neighborhood. Is there a lot of crime in the area? How are the schools in this community? What did the house down the street sell for? These are questions we deal with on a daily basis.

At this year’s conference, Valerie Suelzer from The Danberry Company discussed their strategy for continued growth in 2010 and beyond. After one year of being a member of The Active Enterprise Network, Danberry has made several enhancements to their website that resulted in a 35% increase in online visitors. Not only did changes to their site lead to an increase in traffic, but the internal structure of the company allowed Danberry to have a strong support system for implementing these changes.
