Enterprise Conference Keynote Speaker, Steven Johnson, Presents at TED

At this year’s Active Enterprise Network Annual Conference, we kicked off the event with keynote speaker, Steven Johnson, speaking about the history of innovation and where good ideas come from. Helping set the stage for the rest of the conference, Steven discussed emerging trends that are revolutionizing how we share information at a local level and what environments breed creativity. Taking a closer look at the power of networks and what platforms are hotbeds of innovation, Steven explored recurring patterns and behaviors in history and why it’s essential for our businesses to embrace them.

About Steven Johnson

Steven Johnson is the best-selling author of six books on the intersection of science, technology and personal experience. His writings have influenced everything from the way political campaigns use the internet, to cutting-edge ideas in urban planning, to the battle against 21st-century terrorism. Steven is about to release his next book titled Where Good Ideas Come From: The Natural History of Innovation (due Oct. 2010).

He has also spoken several times for TEDTalks.
