We’re switching gears a little for this week’s Active Community session to discuss next weekend’s REALTOR® Nationwide Open House Weekend. The weekend of April 10-11, REALTORS® and brokers across the country will be participating in this campaign to bring awareness to the benefits of home ownership. Enabling sellers to showcase their homes while interest rates are low, is another way to get buyers interested in purchasing a home while the federal tax credit is in place. For first time home buyers as well as repeat buyers, this could be one of the last times to see available homes and make an offer before the April 31 deadline so act fast!
