   Creating a community using your blog to develop a conversation:

   Brokers take notice for years we have been an integral part of the community use that knowledge and take it online. If you give a scholarship out talk about the impact this has and follow up with the recipients.
   Starts with defining a goal: make sure your goal is specific and quantifiable!
   What is the conversation happening on your blog: follow the conversation and be the leader of the conversation.
   YEO: You Engaging Others: This is a great concept use YEO to help SEO and create true relationships.

   Find a local avenue and reach out some examples:
   Schools follow the happenings and be a source of information, Chambers of commerce get involved and comment and become the voice, Visitor centers, Economic development get involved and add value as a Realtor.

   Groups of realtor’s coming together: Use the power of your colleagues get together once a month and share information and data and come up with good posts and comment back and forth on each other blogs pretty simple.

   Life does not happen online: what you do off line tie it to your online world this is so true start with just documenting what is happening in your daily life and create topics and discuss these points! If you are seeing good value in a neighborhood open a discussion on it and ask people to participate.

   Feature a client of the month: Your clients have businesses and life’s in the community interview one a month and give them some press maybe even do a video doc. This is a great viral tool and what are they going to do send it to all their friends and family and wow you got a viral tool great quote from this session “the best way to promote yourself is by promoting others”

   Podcast radio show : why not create a radio show sound crazy not really get people together in the community and hold an online radio forum look for future posts in this area.
