New “Enterprise Coordinator” Role Developed for Active Website Clients
June 11, 2008
In an effort to increase the knowledge and maximize the potential of the technology used within our systems, Active Website has decided to designate an Enterprise Coordinator (EC) within each of our clients.
The EC is a role filled by a member(s) of each Enterprise Client’s team. They are responsible for having a high level of product knowledge in order to provide the agents with on-site support, further training, answer any questions, as well as having the ability to turn on and refine features for agents on behalf of the brokerage (e.g. Agent Branded Websites, Individual Property Websites and much more).
The EC is required to go through an extensive training process with Active Website on-site and through webinars as new system upgrades occur. Upon completion, the EC is certified, confirming their full working knowledge of the system. The EC will also assist Active Website with conducting and organizing monthly webinars and ongoing training programs, advising on pressing topics that require attention.
The goal is that the EC will be able to assist agents in using the technology and software at their full potential. Agents have their problems resolved in a timely manner and in turn the agents feel more empowered and are more likely to buy into extra features, while boosting the overall impression the agents as a group have of the system.
We have started this process recently and have seen that this small investment creates great benefits within any size brokerage.
