There are some major factors that are contributing to this influx of foreign property investors. International capital is on the rise, and it’s no secret, the American Dollar is declining in value. We’ve said it before, we’ll say it again. Blogging is big. And it’s key to marketing your business. At Real Estate Tomato, from a list of 40 things about Teresa Boardman’s blog, the top two are:

1. My blog is my business, or my business is my blog.

2. My blog is my number one and most valuable business asset, and prospecting tool.
